Ordering one-of-a-kind handcrafted jewelry from Polished & Put-Together

To purchase an item from my handcrafted beaded jewelry store:

• You can purchase immediately online by using PayPal. Just click the "Add to cart" button to add an item to your P&PT shopping cart.

• All jewelry and accessories are one-of-a-kind or limited edition and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. I make every attempt to identify SOLD items and remove their shopping cart buttons as quickly as possible. However, all items are subject to prior sale.

• If you are not paying by PayPal, please contact us to reserve the item and arrange for payment. "Available Now" jewelry and accessories will be reserved for five (5) days on a first come, first served basis at the buyer's request.

To commission a custom handcrafted beaded jewelry design from Polished & Put-Together:

• Please contact Margaret Schindel to discuss your design ideas.  This first, exploratory conversation carries no obligation. However, a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required in advance before work can begin on a custom commission. The balance is due upon receipt of the finished piece, or no later than seven (7) days from the date the item is shipped, whichever comes first.

Shipping:

• P&PT ships only to the 50 U.S.states at this time. All shipments are sent via Priority Mail unless Express Mail is requested in advance via e-mail to determine shipping fees and to ensure that your required shipping timeframes can be met. P&PT's shipping fees for Priority Mail shipments are calculated automatically by the shopping cart as follows:

• Postal insurance is available for an additional fee at the buyer's request. P&PT is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Please request a PayPal invoice if you wish to insure your shipment.

• INTERNATIONAL OR U.S. TERRITORIES SHIPPING: At this time, we ship to the 50 U.S. states only. On rare occasions, exceptions may be made at the owner's sole discretion. If you are interested in a shipment outside our current shipping area, feel free to e-mail us to inquire about the possibility.

• Orders paid via PayPal usually are shipped within 48 hours of payment. Orders paid by check are shipped once  the check has cleared.

Payment options:

• I prefer payment through PayPal online payment service, which allows you to pay for your purchases with an electronic check or a major credit card. If you don't want to use the shopping cart, please ask me to send you a PayPal invoice.

• I also accept U.S. money orders and personal checks on U.S. banks. Checks must clear before the item is shipped or custom design work begins.

• Please review the policies on the PayPal site before purchasing. Restrictions may apply for certain payment options.

Wholesale purchasing information:

• Qualified wholesale buyers are eligible for wholesale pricing, which is 50% of retail pricing. The minimum initial purchase is $500 retail ($250 wholesale). If you believe you may be eligible for wholesale purchasing, please send me an e-mail  containing your resale number, your name, and your business/store name and address. Please provide a brief description of the nature of your business and the types of one-of-a-kind jewelry you are interested in purchasing from me. If you have a web site, please provide the URL. I will get back to you shortly concerning approval of your application. Thank you for your interest.

• Please note: Wholesale orders cannot be processed through the site at this time. If your wholesale application is approved, wholesale ordering information will be provided to you.

Refunds

• Other than custom designs and bridal jewelry, Polished & Put-Together designer jewelry and accessories may be returned for any reason within seven (7) days of shipment. I will issue a refund for the item's purchase price, excluding shipping costs which are non-refundable. Please contact Polished & Put-Together before returning a purchase.

• Custom orders involve major commitments of the jewelry artist's time and resources, which is the reason for the non-refundable 50% deposit on all custom commissioned orders. I want you to love your custom accessory or jewelry design and I involve you every step of the way to ensure your satisfaction with the finished product. If you are dissatisfied with your finished custom design for any reason, please contact Polished & Put-Together as soon as possible  and I will do my best to make things right.
