Payments
"Available Now" jewelry and accessories will be
reserved for five (5) days on a first come, first served basis
at the buyer's request.
Custom orders for designer jewelry and accessories require a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) before work on the design begins.
The balance is due upon receipt of the finished piece, or no later than seven (7) days from the date the item is shipped, whichever comes first.

Refunds
Other than custom designs and bridal jewelry, Polished & Put-Together designer jewelry and accessories may be returned for any reason within seven (7) days of shipment. We will issue a refund for the item's purchase price, excluding shipping costs which are non-refundable.
Please contact Polished & Put-Together before returning a purchase.
Custom orders involve major commitments of the jewelry artist's time and resources,
which is the reason for the non-refundable 50% deposit on all custom commissioned orders. We want you to love your custom accessory or jewelry design and we involve you every step of the way to ensure your satisfaction with the finished product. If you are dissatisfied with your finished custom design for any reason,
please contact Polished & Put-Together as soon as possible
and we will do our best to make things right.

wholesale
account? How much is your wholesale minimum?
Qualified wholesale buyers are eligible for wholesale pricing, which is 50% of
retail pricing. The minimum initial purchase is $500 retail ($250 wholesale). If you believe you
may be eligible for wholesale purchasing,

containing your resale number, your name, and your business/store name and address. Please provide a brief description of the nature of your business and the types of one-of-a-kind jewelry you are interested in purchasing from me. If you have a web site, please provide the URL.
